We are raising $1800 to help cover the costs and treatment for one of our Haitian partners who needs medical care. If the needs for more tests or treatment increase, so will the goal. If more is raised than needed, it will be saved for the next partner with a health challenge.

For December 2019, we are helping Sendy, one of our translators, who was in a serious car accident and needs immediate assistance to get pain medication and to get some tests done to determine what additional care will be needed.

On December 12, thanks to your help, one of our key leaders was able to take Sendy in for pain medication and arrange a brain scan for her head injury. Those costs have now been covered but know there will be a 2nd round of expenses, so we have increased the goal to at least $1800.

So if you read the first paragraph, you will see that each time we raise money for a friend in help, the thermostat begins in a new position!

So this fundraiser begins with the thermometer reading $100, instead of $0. We'll actually reach $1800 at $1900.
