Haiti Health Ministries operates a small clinic in Gressier, Haiti very close to the site of the 2010 earthquake.  We lost everything and had to rebuild our clinic from the ground up on bare farmland.  We spent 2 years operating out of scorching tents that were literally shredded by the time our clinic was built in February of 2014.

We see about 150 patients a day from all ages and all kinds of illnesses, some very critical.  One of our biggest needs is for help providing medications for our diabetic patients.  Very few of them can afford to purchase not only insulin but also the pills that are often prescribed.  HHM needs help paying to provide this life giving medicine to those who cannot afford it on a monthly basis.  We spent nearly $2,000 just on insulin this month.  

Meet Anese.  

She came to our clinic this morning weighing 71 pounds.  Her glucose was higher than our machine goes.  We started her on insulin and gave her some diabetic milk as well as other foods since she only eats once a day.   Please help us to help patients like Anese who cannot afford to buy their medications.
