Staff and Leadership Development are an integral part of the growth, development, and sustainability of Sari Bari. Training and education for staff and leadership have included seminars, conferences, and courses on trafficking in India, leadership, trauma counseling, finances, etc.

Staff Development and Education Sponsorship includes costs for: seminar/workshop/class fees, conveyance, accommodation fees (for training requiring travel).
