The Gardens at Osage Terrace is a non profit assisted living where 45 residents reside. The Gardens was one of the first assisted livings to serve low income seniors. 

We are wanting to provide them with the tools necessary to build a community garden. We are asking for $8,000 to be raised by May 1st.

The money raised will be used to create a variety of raised herb and vegetable gardens. These gardens will be tended by our seniors, therefore they will need to be handicap friendly. We will need the materials necessary to build the gardens, as well as, tools and plants.

Many of our residents grew up with family gardens and this is a special way to bring back a slice of their past.
