We have BIG news!

We are ADOPTING!

We have always had adoption on our hearts and it has been a topic of conversation in our home for the last 10 years.   Life has thrown us some curves, and we see this is the path we must take to grow our family.  Of course, we feel honored and blessed for the opportunity and fully believe this is God’s direction for our lives. We have already seen His hands all over this journey.  We have prayed and will continue to seek his guidance as we move forward. This is so much bigger than us growing our family, but about showing a whole community, a birth family, and a child the love of Christ.  

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $40,000 or more. This is why we have set up this account to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.

We fully understand that donating may not be something you feel led to do or have the means to do.  That’s perfectly ok.  Above all, we ask for your prayers.  Please pray for the birth mother as she is doing the hardest, most unselfish act for the love of her child.  Pray for a healthy baby and as they grow,  they will find contentment in this decision for their life.  Finally, pray for us- that we will have peace, strength, and guidance through this process.
