We, Pavel, Maryana, live in Charlotte, North Carolina. This August we will celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. God has a special plan for our lives and we are thankful for that. We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home.

When we were researching information about Down syndrome we found that many kids are left behind at the hospitals because doctors tell parents to leave this child and then try again to have a healthy child. And these children are left behind all alone forever, and stories like that made our hearts clench. We met many families that adopted children with Down syndrome and we realized that we are called to do the same.

But the adoption costs is $25,000 or more, this is why we have set a goal of $25,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents. We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as she grows up.
