The drug epidemic in our country and our state is at an all-time high. At Speakup About Drugs we are changing and saving lives! We started this fundraiser on Pure Charity with a goal to raise $30,000 because we want to have a space for individuals who suffer from substance use disorder, and their loved ones affected by their drug use, to come and create their own recovery lifestyle.  We will equip people to improve their self-management by helping them improve their coping skills and teaching them life skills so they can regain control of their life.  When we help people improve their wellbeing this reduces the incarceration rate, the homeless rate and even the rate of children being put into foster care.  When individuals are able to lead productive lives that positively impacts their families, our communities and our workforce.   Every penny of this goes to fund projects that help individuals create and sustain a recovery lifestyle and become contributing members of society.  We provide quarterly impact updates to show real results and real lives impacted!

We are asking everyone to donate at least $25 but even if you are not able to donate, please give the opportunity to someone else by promoting this fundraiser on Facebook, Twitter and in your other social circles.
