The Symphony of Northwest Arkansas (SoNA) has created meaningful artistic experiences through the powerful medium of symphonic music since 1954, reaching over 20,000 audience members each year. However, since the onset of the ongoing pandemic, we have been unable to gather for large-scale concerts at Walton Arts Center, our beloved home venue.

Despite the inability to gather on our mainstage, we have creatively reimagined the possibilities of SoNA, testing out new ways to present music and reach new audiences through our Reimagined Season: We launched outdoor concerts and virtual concerts that reached over 75,000 patrons around the globe. We forged new partnerships like our collaborations with Ballet AR and Mount Sequoyah. We also strengthened existing relationships like our ongoing collaborations with Crystal Bridges and the Momentary. We will continue to use this moment to reimagine what a symphony can be, and we are reaffirmed in our commitment to bring great music to life in NWA.

Incorporating all we have learned from this Reimagined Season, we look forward to a full lineup of concerts at Walton Arts Center and beyond in Season 2021-2022. Your support will help us return to our mainstage!

Since ticket sales have been significantly impacted and may continue to be impacted well into 2022, we rely on your generosity to ensure SoNA’s standard of excellence and meaningful impact on our community. With your support, we can return to the mainstage stronger than ever with a renewed passion for bringing people together through music.
