Diarrheal disease, an illness cause primarily by drinking unsafe water and practicing poor sanitation, is the second leading cause of death for children under five years old in the world today. This is entirely preventable.

At Lifewater International, we are Christians committed to ending the global water and sanitation crisis, one village at a time. Our vision is that every child everywhere would have safe drinking water, a healthy home, and the love of Jesus.

For over 40 years, we've brought sustainable, safe drinking water and sanitation and hygiene training to communities in need in 45+ countries. Currently, our work is focused in Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Cambodia.
