It’s true that there are multiple factors leading to that premise, but for so many students a college degree remains out of reach primarily due to cost. Attending a private Christian college today can be as high as $40,000.00 per year at some institutions! That’s 150% higher than it was 40 years ago. Because a college graduate is two times as likely to find employment and be paid twice as much as a high school graduate, it’s becoming more important than ever to help make a college degree as affordable as possible.

Ecclesia College has been committed to making college affordable since our beginning.

One of only nine federally recognized “Work Colleges”, we literally teach and grade every one of our students in the area of work. In addition to a rigorous academic schedule, our students work 12 hours per week learning transferrable skills that nearly all employers require such as punctuality, teamwork and personal responsibility. EC students dramatically reduce their education costs through this innovative “Work Learning” approach and many will graduate with little to no student loan debt.

Helping our students achieve their goal of earning a truly affordable college degree requires the financial support of many individuals and organizations, and EC has been blessed with many such donors over the last 45 years. Our student body is filled with a high percentage of “First Generation” college students who will be the very first person in their family to graduate from college. We are honored to be a part of their educational journey.
