For those who don't know us, our names are Jered and Marie Moe. In the last few years, God has really been working in our lives to show us his heart for foster care and orphan care. 

We have four children, three biological and one adopted. This past year we had the opportunity to host twin teenage boys from a Ukrainian orphanage in our home. After the boys returned Ukraine, we realized as a family that we wanted to pursue adoption.  

While they are twins, Dan and Den are very different. One driven and adventurous, the other quiet and humorous - they found their way into our hearts and now we are on a journey to bring them home. 

We never outgrow the need or desire to be part of a family.  Psalm 68:6 talks about how God places the lonely in families - adoption is HIS heart and he has moved our hearts in this direction.

We have completed all the visits and documents for our home study. We are now working on our dossier, a collection of documents that must be sent to Ukraine.  We are hopeful to complete this process by January. At that time we will receive an invitation to travel and be matched for adoption.

So why do we have this page? 

Many of our friends and family have asked how they can help.  

We ask that you pray for us to be wise, pray for barriers to be removed, pray for all needs to be met, and pray for safety. 

We also have financial needs. There are several fundraisers happening, along with grant writing. There are big expenses in international adoption and we appreciate support financially and in sharing our story.  Adopt together is a 501c3 non-profit. Gifts given through this site can be allocated to our adoption fees and are tax-deductible. Adopt Together takes 5% of all gifts for management fees. So if you don't need the tax deduction, there are other ways to support.  Also, if you have air miles or travel points you can donate, this would really help.  We have 3 trips to Ukraine coming up.
