Women are our passion, and they're struggling.

The prosperity of our community rests significantly on the successes of the women who call Northwest Arkansas their home, and the Covid-19 pandemic has been devastating for so many women in our community. This directly impacts families, businesses, and resources for so many others. Women, whether working in businesses, healthcare, childcare, or teaching their children from home, are on the front lines of the Covid-19 impact, and many are suffering under the sudden weight of more responsibilities and less resources.

The “Understanding Coronavirus in America Study”, released February, 2021, shows that women continue to face higher levels of unemployment and psychological distress than their male partners and they are still taking more responsibility for childcare:

Women continue to disproportionately suffer the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic. This could have important implications for the recovery of the economy and represent a significant step back in gender equality,” according to Gema Zamarro, 21st Century Endowed Chair, University of Arkansas, College of Education and Health Professions.

To address the pressing need for women to return to normalcy after the Covid-19 pandemic, Inseitz Group has developed a program to help them gain awareness of their personal areas of strengths and opportunities in the skills important to work and all-around life success. This is where your donations are going: we want to give these women the tools they need to get back on their feet at home and in the workplace, and not only survive—but thrive!

We're asking for your help for these women who are facing adversity trying to get their lives back to normal during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Will you help us raise $15,000 to make a difference in the lives of 10 women?
