Francis and his brother were the first children of Joy Divine. He came to Joy Divine in 2000 after his family was victimized by the post-election violence. His family’s house was burnt down and they lost all their property. They were forced to live in an Internally Displaced Camp for the sake of surviving. At this point, his hope of going back to school and pursuing his dreams were also lost. Joy Divine came and rescued him from the camp and assisted him in acquiring new school documents and enrolled him into a school. He did very well through school and continues to work hard in University. He is very good at football and is always keeping everyone on their toes with his jokes.
