Thank you for your interest in our Refugee Ministry in Greece!
As we think towards Thanksgiving, more social distancing because of COVID-19 we want to thank the Lord for for our blessings of knowing Him and for living in this country, as crazy a it is <smile>!
Our precious Refugee Ministry Partners need our help to serve other refugees who are really struggling at this time.
Some of you have registered for our Thanksgiving Refugee Virtual Mission ...thank you!! We would love to have others join us as we learn about the plight of refugees, especially with winter weather and the lack of proper lodging and food.
We are praying for funds to provide food supply packages, blankets and shelter as winter approaches, coats especially for the children.
To better meet the schedule of our Refugee Ministry Partners, we moved the dates to November 22 - 25th. This is our planned schedule of Zoom calls:
November 22nd at 2:00 PM Central (10PM Athens) for Prayer for Refugees, meet the Ministry Partners, listen to stories from and about refugees and their situations.
November 23rd at 7:00 PM Central (3AM Athens) stories from those who have served with refugees and the impact that has made on their lives.
November 24th at 7:00 AM (3PM Athens) Listen to Stories directly from the field ...hopefully live from refugees living in parks and camps.
November 25th at 12:00 Noon (8PM Athens) to pray asking God's blessings on the refugees and those serving them!
ACTION needed, please!
1. Please register for the trip at: https://e3partners.org/virtual-trip-list/?trip=4049
The funds raised go to provide food supplies, medicine, blankets, hygiene kits for refugees and coats for children many of whom are now living on the streets in winter or in camps with little to no warmth. Many do not have funds to purchase the basics of food.
2. Please let me know if you would like to join our WhatsApp group to stay engaged with what is happening on the field, receive prayer requests and praise.
3. If you wish to donate, please do so on this page.
