About this Fundraiser

I'm turned 26 back in November. And you can still give me an amazing birthday gift by donating to the

CREATE REFUGE Campaign.

I know that we all don't have a ton of cash all the time. And I'm not asking you to be a total revolutionary. I'm asking for 100 people to donate $26 just 1 time. That's it!

$26 is what you spent on dinner and drinks last weekend.
$26 is how much you and I both spend on our peppermint mochas.
$26 is two movie tickets and popcorn.
$26 is not a whole lot, but it can make a whole lot of difference to people who need it.

Refuge Coffee Co. is a worthy endeavor. I wouldn't bring it up unless I truly believed in it. So! Let's not be a generation that complains about our #1stWorldProblems, but instead, let's use what we have to create #1stWorldPossibilities.

Check out all the information below on who they are, what they do, and be one of the 100 people to donate $26 just 1 time.

Would you help us CREATE REFUGE for resettled refugees here in Clarkston, Georgia?

At Refuge Coffee Co., we dream of a vibrant resettled refugee community in Clarkston, one where our new neighbors are welcomed and given opportunities to thrive.  In our little city on the edge of Atlanta, the refugee population (already at 60%) is due to swell to even greater numbers in 2016. Will you help us widen our embrace and deepen our impact among the displaced people who have found a home here?

Our goal is to create more refuge in 2016...

1. More opportunities - more jobs and job training for resettled refugees in Clarkston.

2. More welcome - more furniture, more truck hours, more of all things welcoming for our truck stop in Clarkston, where we've already welcomed people from over 40 countries.

3. More mobility - more capacity to be on the road telling a beautiful refugee story to the rest of the world.

Our strategic goal for this campaign is for 10,000 of you to give just $5 each!

If you'd like to do more, or you don't want to re-give multiples of five, here are a few more options:

Donate $50, and we'll send you a Refuge Coffee Co. diner mug. We guarantee it will become a favorite.

Donate $500, and we'll not only send a mug, we will include a 12 oz bag of our Clarkston Blend Whole Bean Coffee!

Donate $5,000, and you'll be invited to a Refuge Coffee Pour-over Party at Kingdom Tattoo where our founder will do something rather shocking for a grandmother of seven: get a tattoo! (No, you don't get to pick out the size, design, or placement of the tattoo... think small, tasteful, and discreet.)

Whatever you give, we will be so thankful, and you can know your gift will help us expand our welcome to more refugees who arrive in Clarkston in 2016. You'll make a way for more jobs, more job-training, and a more vibrant resettled refugee community here in the U.S. You'll truly help us CREATE REFUGE.
