I wanted to write a quick, authentic THANK YOU for entering the relationships and stories with us through our partnerships in Kenya. There are needs throughout the world and you chose to trust us after we came back from Kenya in March.

Over the past 6 months of the Covid-19 pandemic we have been able to bridge:

• Over $30,000 for two specific trusted nonprofits through monthly and one-time giving.

• Provided salaries and income for the directors and their part-time staff.

• Weekly food for over 100 families in the Nairobi area slums of Mathare.

• Allowed a number of families to move from an unsafe living environment to a safe one like Nelly. She and her children moved out of a mold-infested apartment and are not sick anymore.

• Provided short term financial assistance for families that are hungry and have nowhere else to go.

• Built a house after it was washed out by a flood for Pastor Livingston.

• Invested in dozens of entrepreneurial ventures from $10-50 for families to start their own businesses and provide for themselves like Emmanuel selling fruit every day now.

• Invested in seeds that were planted and feeding a whole slum area for weeks with healthy food.

• Invested in two drop-in centers for lonely and hurting youth to come to that are looking for purpose and trusted relationships.

• Seven leaders from three cities are now trained in Work For Life Enterpenuiership training that they will multiply to hundreds of others. (so amazing!)

These are literally only a small portion of what your funding and friendship has allowed to happen. Thank you for trusting us. I am working to share these stories ore specifically with you but just wanted to give a big picture THANK YOU!!!!
