This is what we’ve been waiting for… anticipating that phone call and hearing those life-changing words…”You’ve been matched!"

A courageous and loving birth mother has selected us to walk alongside her for the next two months of her pregnancy and potentially parent her perfect and precious child. We are experiencing all the feels right now, friends. Wow! We’re beyond excited and giddy at the prospect of our family expanding this December!!! 

Prayer Requests:

• Josh & Jill: Pray as we walk in the wait and begin preparations in faith & with hope. 2) For patience and love... that our birth mother will see Jesus through how we interact with her and each another, whether our time together is just for this season or if it is indeed for forever. 3) Wisdom... to lovingly reassure and gently parent Lena through this season of change.
• Lena: her mind and heart in this transition to big sister.
• Our birth mother: her heart, mind, body and spirit through this decision process and impending birth.
• Finances: We have at least $16k ahead of us to pay.
