Most of you know by now that we had to fly out within 48 hours of getting notice of our court date in Ethiopia! Talk about crazy and insane airfare! However...we know and trust that everything happens for a reason and were so thankful to make it for court 1 day before closure!!

We could not do this without each and every one of you and are SO THANKFUL for your generosity and willingness to share our story with others! It is our desire for every child to have a family and you are helping make this possible for 2 precious little ones! We hope that our journey inspires others who have a heart for adoption and helping the fatherless!

We are anticipating picking up Malachi sometime in late October/early November. Rubie will likely be a few months behind that. Two more trips to Ethiopia and the long wait will finally be over! We cannot wait for that day!
