Thanks to everyone who has supported the NWA Be Neighborly Food Drive so far! In addition to donations received online, we've received a number of checks as well. Also, we learned that some employers will match donations to The Pack Shack, so you might check to see if your employer would do so. The Pack Shack is a 501(c)(3), so we should qualify.

Be sure to support our local NWA businesses, including the sponsors of the food drive!

Also, we've just placed an order for a truckload of much needed food items. That's literally a semi trailer full of food for our neighbors in need here in northwest Arkansas!

Next week is NWA Gives, and we'd love your help in rallying your friends to donate to this food drive. More info will be coming out this week on effective ways to flex your social media muscles!

Let's help one another today and show mercy. In the book of Proverbs in the Bible, these words encourage us, "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act. Do not say to your neighbor, “Come back tomorrow and I’ll give it to you”— when you already have it with you."
