The mission of Autism Involves Me is to enhance the lives of people with autism by connecting the NW Arkansas community through greater awareness and resources. Autism Involves Me works with families in Washington and Benton Counties to help provide resources, support, and sensory-friendly engagement opportunities for those affected by autism in our community.

"When you hear those words "Your child has Autism". It hits hard, very hard, but what is even harder, when we left that office, we had a diagnosis and that was it. No resources, No info pamphlet, No support, absolutely nothing..... Until we found Autism Involves Me and were able to get information, resources, attend all inclusive events, and connect families like ours, we were alone. Autism Involves Me provides AIM2Help grants for families that need sensory items and specialized sensory-safe materials to engage those on the autism spectrum. Additionally,
Autism Involves Me provides AIM2Educate grants for Educators in Washington and Benton Counties, for classrooms that need items to help provide sensory input to children with Autism.

Autism Involves Me works to create an inclusive and accepting environment for those we serve in our community with improved awareness, advocacy, and the best local resources available.

All funds received stay 100% local to NWA. We Thank YOU, for joining us in NWA Gives and for making it possible for families to experience acceptance and inclusion through our outreach programs.
