Dear friends and family,

In the recent years, my relationship with God has really started to expand. My family, as well as church and high school bible study group, have tremendously helped shape my spiritual life. Our high school minister, Chris Groover, has watched me grow over the past few years, & has offered the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Miami.

Many people in Miami are hurt, physically and spiritually, so it would be amazing to participate, not only to learn about other areas of the world, but to become closer to God through helping others in need, as well as spread the Gospel and change lives.

We will be serving Redemption City Church, under Pastor Jeremiah Taylor in Little Haiti, Miami. We’ll be hosting an event on behalf of the church, where we'll go door to door & invite the community to join us, as well as to attend church services.  We are prayerful that while inviting people, doors will be opened to share the gospel and to see lives changes through Salvation in Christ.

Please pray for our mission, for our safety & the safety of the people we’re helping. Please pray that our hearts are filled by God’s word & spirit, and our focus is on glorifying Him in everything that we say and do. Please pray for the people that we are helping, not only to accept our help, but also that God opens their hearts & minds to accept the Word of God, and be changed by it. Please pray for our mission leaders, that they may guide us in a way that glorifies God, and for the local leaders that we leave behind, that will continue to minister to those in need. Please pray that our hearts, and the hearts of those we came into contact with, will be completely transformed by this experience.

May 1st is our deadline to raise the cost for the mission trip, which is approximately $1,300. May God bless you abundantly for any help that you are able to lend toward this wonderful life-changing cause.
