This year marks the 20th Anniversary of CCAI’s Angels in Adoption® Program. Join me in supporting our extraordinary 2018 Angels in Adoption® Honorees from across the nation!

The Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute’s (CCAI) Angels in Adoption® Program is a respected and beloved program facilitated in our nation’s capital that honors a wide spectrum of individuals and organizations from across the country making extraordinary contributions to adoption, permanency and child welfare. Each year, honorees travel to Washington, D.C. to be recognized by their Member of Congress and to be celebrated for their hard work and dedication to the mission to find a family for every child. Our Angels participate in three days of special events designed to engage them in using their personal experience to effect change on Capitol Hill on behalf of children in need of forever families. CCAI also presents the National Angels in Adoption® Award to a celebrity whose contributions have had a national impact.

In celebration of this milestone year, I have joined the Angels in Adoption® Ambassadors Committee. I’m honored to assist in raising awareness about adoption and our honorees, and with raising funds for the 2018 Angels in Adoption® Program. Each Ambassador has a goal to raise $10,000 – the equivalent of sponsoring 7-8 Angels in Adoption® honorees to participate in the program this September – and I need your help to get there! As a nonprofit, the work of CCAI is made possible entirely through the support of people who share our desire to live in a world where every child has a safe and loving home. By supporting our 2018 Angels with a gift to CCAI, together we can make a meaningful and lasting difference in a child’s life. The program consists of three days and nine events that educate and inspire and will culminate on September 26, 2018, with the 20th Angels in Adoption® Program Gala, held in Washington, D.C. at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.
