As of February 22nd, the judge had approved the termination of parental rights for both birthparents.  We all thought we could be finalized shortly after, but we are required to have a 90 day supervised period with atleast 3 more post placement visits from Adoption Option, they did our homestudy.  The earliest we can finalize with the court is May 22nd so I hope to hear in the beginning of May for an official date.  Then we can complete the name change on her birth certificate and get her social security card.  We are planning an Adoption celebration at the NEW ZOO in Green Bay in June and that will be the first time for may family and friends to meet her.  Merles parents live in Kansas City and we are also planning to visit them for a week at the end of May.  I will leave this fundraiser page open for a few more weeks and work on one last small, Puzzle, fundraiser to complete our journey.
