We've not spent our time idle. We have been completing paperwork, working on our adoption education requirements, attending adoption conferences and even learning a little Korean (a little, it's really hard.) But now we are standing on the mountain looking down at the valley of the Promised Land. Great is His faithfulness, He has blessed us richly through this journey and we know there is more to come.

This week we got to do something we've been looking forward to since we first began this process in August of 2015, we bought plane tickets to Korea!

That's right, we got "the call!" We will be traveling to Korea in April for our first of two trips. On this trip we will get to see that little face we've been praying for, put our arms around him and hopefully make him laugh. We will also be appearing in court to begin the custody process. We will get to experience Seoul and his native culture for the first time as well. We will make a return trip 4-8 weeks later to take custody and bring him home!

Waiting is still not easy, while are grateful to be with him soon, we will have to leave Korea and that beautiful boy even if it is for a short while.

We covet your prayers during this time. We have a lot of things we need to do before these trips and are slightly overwhelmed. Having this community of support is not lost on us and we are so grateful for your prayers, thoughts, kind words and hugs.
